工作经历（Work Experience）

汤捷婷律师拥有长达10年的与不同国家最顶尖的的律师事务所及律师合作的工作经历。汤律师及其团队为跨境商事争议解决及国际投资提供法律及策略筹划服务。汤律师曾在新加坡国际仲裁中心从事国际仲裁的工作。2012年，汤律师获选参与英国英格兰及威尔士大律师公会的项目与英国伦敦的最知名大律师事务所的海事海商大律师共同处理中英海商海事、国际贸易及伦敦仲裁的工作。2013年至2014年期间，汤律师曾为中国某大型石油化工国企的上海分公司及其新加坡子公司的系列国际贸易合同跨境纠纷解决提供专业法律服务。2016年，汤律师与美国西纽约州的第二大律师事务所合伙人合作成功处理一起大型中美跨境诉讼。目前，汤律师团队与纽约著名律所的合伙人共同协作，针对中国客户的不同商业法律服务需求，提供涉及公司、投资、跨境税务、移民、美国商事诉讼及仲裁策略安排等高效，优质及专业的法律服务方案。

Ms. Tang has more than 10 years working experience with attorneys from different top tier law firms. She and her team provide legal advice and strategic plans on international and US-China cross border commercial disputes and international investment. Ms. Tang had international arbitration work experience in Singapore International Arbitration Center. During 2012, Ms. Tang was selected by the Bar Council of England and Wales, and worked with the prestigious Chambers’ Shipping Barrister on cases including shipping, international sales of good, and London arbitration. From 2013 to 2014, Ms. Tang was an outside counsel providing legal service for one of the state-owned company Shanghai branch and its’ Singaporean subsidiary to solve their international commercial disputes. In 2016, Ms. Tang was a special counsel working with the Partner of the second biggest law firm of western NY state, successfully handling a cross border litigations. Ms. Tang and her team are in collaboration with different Partners in New York City and NY State to provide cost-effective legal advices on corporation, investment, international tax, immigration and commercial litigation and arbitration.
